We are organizing free workshops for Job Seekers. These events are designed to support individuals through the process of finding a new job. The schedules will vary depending on the location and facility. Some events run for several hours on just one day only while others are shorter and are held weekly.

Bridging the Gap to Employment began with a desire to help people through the process of finding a job. Before the book was written, Allison C. Wilson established a support group for textile industry workers who were laid off after a facility closure.
The book, as it exists today, was initially created as a tool for those people in the support group. Allison has always felt that having the support of other people is critical to the process of finding a job, especially when dealing with unemployment.
